• Project and property information: project ZIP code and state, property ownership, project type (solar, battery, roofing, or combined), interest areas, and related qualification answers.
• Commercial details: business name, business type, meter count, demand-charge indicators, rural/agricultural/nonprofit responses, and financing interest when provided.
• Roofing details: repair or replacement needs, roof age, damage or leak indicators, solar interest, inspection history, and timeline when provided.
• Uploaded electric bills: files you choose to upload (PDF, images, or spreadsheets) and related metadata such as filename, file type, and size. Bills may contain private utility account information.
• Device and analytics information: browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP where appropriate, and similar technical data used for security and site performance.
• Marketing attribution: landing page, referring page, and UTM parameters when present.
• Consent records: consent status and timestamp associated with form submissions.

3. How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to project inquiries, evaluate solar, battery, and roofing opportunities, communicate by your preferred method, improve our website and lead process, maintain security, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

4. Service providers

We may use trusted service providers to host this website, send email notifications, deliver push alerts to our team, store uploaded files, and provide analytics when configured. Providers process data only as needed to perform those services.

5. Electric-bill uploads and retention

Utility bills can include sensitive account details. Upload only what is needed for evaluation. Uploaded bills are stored in a private Vercel Blob store and scheduled for deletion after 30days, including files from a submission that was not completed. Email attachment delivery is separate from this application's Blob-retention schedule.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers or full payment card numbers) in form fields or uploads.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation and, when analytics IDs are configured, for measurement and advertising attribution. Analytics tools should not receive customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, or electric-bill values.

8. Your rights

9. Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
